Collaborating with Dr. Andrea Ramos, The Nurse Medium, we are hosting a summer event for kids and their parents! Join us for a workshop that includes Breathwork, Basic Yoga Poses, and Education on Worry Stones and Emotional Regulation. Kids will have the opportunity to plant their very own flower while the 5 Senses and Grounding tools are incorporated into discussion.

Take Home with you 1 worry stone, 1 small plant in a crystal planter, mandalas colored by your kids, palo santo + lavender stick, and some nice, fresh Lavender Lemonade to cool off!
